Painting in Squares

Hello Citizens of The Blogosphere,

If you follow my creative adventures, you may have noticed that I’ve been doing a lot of crafty projects lately. Actually, with all the crafty projects I’ve been working on, I haven’t been painting much. In response to this fact, I decided to try to paint more.

Recently, I purchased some square canvases at Blick. I was drawn to the square canvases because I really like the look of art framed in a square composition. (The Instagram effect? Squares….oooooohhhh.)

Here are some paintings that I made in squares…

3. Chloe

I really enjoyed painting on square canvases. Since I have some left, I definitely plan on making more.

As always, thanks so much for taking the time to read this post!
