Desert Blooms Inspired by The Magical Cactus Flowers of Arizona

Hello Citizens of the Interwebs, 

Recently, I was reading up on cactus flowers because they’re blooming in our backyard. When I read that a cactus NEEDS intense light and heat to produce flowers... it just hit me. If a cactus can adapt and create something so beautiful in response to harsh conditions, maybe we can too. 

This piece, entitled Desert Blooms was inspired by the magical cactus flowers of Arizona.

A cactus in the desert typically only flowers when presented with intense light and heat. It is not despite these harsh conditions, but because of them that the cactus blooms and thrives. Perhaps at this moment, we too can face these harsh conditions and find the light that will help us bloom.
