Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have any issues or problems with your order, please contact us at hello@annotatedaudrey.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping

We strive to ship all orders within three business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note that this is an estimate and actual shipping times may vary.

All orders within the United States that consist only of stickers are shipped free.

For domestic orders over $40, we offer free shipping. If you choose the free shipping option, your order will be shipped using the slowest available shipping method, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. If you prefer a faster shipping option, you can select it at checkout for an additional fee.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

For orders outside of the United States, please note that you may be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. These charges are not included in the total cost of your order and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
